The product photographs of the website of Blooms and Blossoms are as faithful as possible, but we cannot ensure a perfect resemblance with the product delivered at all time. The floral products that can be ordered depend on the seasonal and regional availability of stock. In case of availability problem, we reserve the right to substitute a product with another one of equivalent value and quality without prior notice. However, we undertake to provide our best efforts to ensure that the floral product delivered resembles in terms of the color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement, as far as possible, the photograph of the floral product chosen.
In order to fulfil your order, we require all necessary fields contained within the order form to be completed with the relevant information. We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards. By submitting your order and payment details, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Blooms and Blossoms website.
Submitting your order form is subject to our acceptance of this offer through our issuance of a written confirmation of acceptance by email to the email address with which you have supplied. That message will reconfirm the total cost of your order. We will not consider ourselves to be bound by a contract with you until we have issued this confirmation, your payment has cleared and we have confirmed delivery arrangement for your order.
We do not accept orders from customers who are less than eighteen (18) years of age
Same Day Delivery is available if your order is placed before noon from Monday to Sunday. Please note that for same day deliveries, floral options are limited by what we have immediately available.
For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas Day delivery, orders need to be placed at least one day in advance.
Unless otherwise specified, Blooms and Blossoms is closed on the first three days of Lunar New Year and does not provide delivery services.
When a Typhoon Signal No. 8 is hoisted or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, all delivery services will be suspended, our shop will contact you via email or telephone call to re-schedule the delivery.
While we will make every effort to ensure that delivery is made on the requested date, you acknowledge that there will be circumstances where delivery on the requested terms may not be possible. In the event that a delivery cannot be completed for reasons such as incomplete or inaccurate address, recipient unavailable to receive delivery, lack of recipient telephone information, recipient refuses to accept the delivery etc.; our shop will contact you via email or telephone call to sort out the issue. A delivery attempt will be made during the next business day at a fee at our sole discretion. Any additional delivery attempts are subject to a re-delivery charge.
Where a third party is involved during delivery such as hospital and office, the signature of any person authorized to accept delivery on behalf of the organization shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.

As flowers are perishable and natural items, all sales are non-refundable. If an order is filled and delivered to the recipient who is not completely satisfied with the quality of the arrangement, the recipient should contact Blooms and Blossoms within 24 hours of the delivery to request for a full exchange with a valid reason. Delivery charge is determined at our discretion on all exchanges.
Change of Order
Orders may be amended up to 24 hours before the intended delivery date. To amend your order, please contact our shop using the contact details to set out in the confirmation email or the Stores page of our website.
Cancellation of Order
Blooms and Blossoms does not offer refunds on orders cancelled within 48 hours of the delivery date. Orders cancelled beyond of 48 hours of the intended delivery time will incur a 50% of the product price as a cancellation charge. Notice of order cancellation should be made in written via email to the shop you place your order. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used for the original purchase.
While we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Blooms and Blossoms website and/or our service is fully operational and error-free, we cannot guarantee this, and therefore accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Blooms and Blossoms website and/or our service, and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provisions of the Blooms and Blossoms website and/or our service impossible or impractical.
We reserve the right to supplement and amend this Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted to access to the Blooms and Blossoms website and/or our service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Blooms and Blossoms website and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Blooms and Blossoms website. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
We also reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Blooms and Blossoms website at any time without prior notice.
This agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

In order to enable us to verify and process your account registration in BNB’s website, you are required to provide all the mandatory personal data in the account registration form and the online account. If you do not provide the required personal data, then we may not be able to verify and process your account registration in BNB’s website and/or provide services to you.
